In my Nutrition Masterclass, you will learn the difference between eating structures, diets, and be empowered with the knowledge to know how to eat for the body YOU want!

Cancellation Policy
Session cancellation policy: if you are unable to make a session, you agree to provide at least 12 hour's notice. If unable to provide notice within 12 hours, you will forfeit the session and be charged for the full amount. Contract cancellation policy: if you are wishing to cancel your program, you agree to provide at least 1 week notice. You will not be charged for any remaining sessions upon cancellation after the 1 week notice but must be paid in full for any previous sessions before the 1 weeks notice ends. Session etiquette agreement: you agree to arrive to our scheduled session times at least 5 minutes early to ensure we can start our sessions on time. If you show up 10-15 minutes late to our sessions, you understand we will not run over the scheduled allotted time. If you no-call, no-show our sessions, you will forfeit the session and be charged for the full amount. You also agree to dress ready to workout and show up with adequate resources (water, having already eaten your pre workout meal, appropriate shoes, etc) to our scheduled sessions. If you have any questions around session etiquette you agree to ask your coach (Maggie) for clarification.
